Privacy

Last updated 2026-09-06

The short version. This site has no accounts, no login, and no server that receives anything you type. Everything you enter stays inside your own browser.

What you enter in the quiz

Your goals, experience level, timeline, optional age, sex, weight, height, and any health notes are held in your browser's memory for the length of your visit. They are used to decide which research areas and cautions your result shows. They are never transmitted anywhere, and there is no endpoint on this site that could receive them.

What is saved between visits

Three things are written to your browser's local storage: your research XP and badges, your calendar tick-offs, and which research goals you have opened. All three live only on the device you are using. Clearing your browser data deletes them permanently and this site cannot recover them.

Health information

If you tick a health flag or write a note, that text is used only to display a caution in your own result, in your own browser. It is not stored between visits, not transmitted, and not used to alter any published figure.

Third parties

Outbound links to Peptara Labs, PubMed and ClinicalTrials.gov take you to sites with their own privacy practices, which this site does not control. A web font is loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests a file from that service. No advertising or behavioural tracking script runs on this site.

Contact

Corrections and privacy questions can be raised through the contact route on the Peptara Labs site, which is this site's affiliate partner.
