What this pairing does and does not show
"Mentioned together" is our lowest grade. BPC-157 is studied in tissue-injury models; Ipamorelin is a ghrelin-receptor agonist. They act on unrelated pathways, and no study has given them together.
Reviews listing them side by side isn't evidence that the combination does anything.
